Three injured in third school attack in Poland in less than a week
The attack comes after police announced the detention of 76 people across Poland in connection with previous incidents. The suspect also ended up hurting two other people, aged 17 and 24 respectively, he said. “One person was injured and transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Two other bystanders also sustained injuries but did not require hospitalisation,” Filipiak added. The police did not identify the educational institution, but said it was open on a Saturday because it is a higher education establishment. The following day, a 15-year-old killed a school custodian and wounded two others in a knife attack at his former school in the same province. The assaults, both carried out by Polish nationals, shocked a country where school violence by minors is a new phenomenon....
